Anxiety is one of the most common mental health conditions in Australia. On average 1 in 4 people will experience anxiety in their life at some stage.

Anxiety is considered a natural reaction to a stressful situation; however, for some people their anxious thoughts, emotions and feelings can lead to emotional and or physical symptoms. 

I am aware that anxiety can distress you to a point where your daily life and routines are constantly disrupted, thus causing you further discomfort and stress.
