The program educates participants in acknowledging the impact stress can have on the body and mind, including sleep deprivation, high blood pressure, poor motivation and impaired cognitive functioning, which research has shown can impact work place productivity.
The program works through strategies that can be implemented on a daily basis, supporting the reduction of stress and anxiety and enhancing future productivity.
