We all need to be aware of our daily stress levels. You can measure your daily levels on a sliding scale where 1 is calm/relaxed and 10 is overwhelmed/stressed.
Stress can manifest itself in many different ways, it can impact your health, your relationships and your ability to function effectively on a daily basis either at work or at home. If you find your stress levels are consistently high, you need to source strategies that will support you in managing and reducing your levels, your mind and body will thank you for it.
