Anxiety is considered a natural reaction to a stressful situation; however for some people their anxious thoughts, emotions and feelings can lead to emotional and or physical symptoms.

I am aware that Anxiety can distress you to a point where your daily life and routines are constantly disrupted, thus causing you further discomfort and stress.
